Number formats are resticted to Australia 10 digit, and specific Call types. Standard Land Lines and Mobile.

What does this do ?
What is the big deal ?

This automates the customer / sales interaction process.
As soon as you click the button the phones in our technical sales team will start ringing.
They know from the ID on the phone that its a automated 3pCC call, and if available will answer.
Once Answered the 3pCC calls your phone, and joins the two calls togethor.
Once initiated you can monitor the call progress: Initiated, Ringing, Answered, Connecting Remote, Call Transfered.

This was developed as a demonstration tool to promote just a couple of the many feature that 3pCC can deliver.
